Playdate Report: Collaborative Canvas Project, Day 1

For my Sunday activity at Marbles Kids Museum, I presented a collaborative canvas project, similar to one I did with my Carolina Mixed Media Art Guild last year.  You can read about that project, and see the results here.  For the kids' version, I also used 25 canvases, each measuring 12" square.  The overall design is a secret (shhhh!), but I can show you the young artists at work on phase one of the painting yesterday.  Phase two will happen next weekend, and the big reveal of the completed work will be early next month.  Enjoy this sneak peek, and stay tuned for more as the piece progresses.
